Kesiapan Sumber Daya Manusia Kepolisian Republik Indonesia Menghadapi Revolusi Industri 4.0 Dilihat Dari Perspektif Learning Organization

Abstract

AbstrakPerubahan sosial yang terjadi akibat revolusi Industri 4.0, dimulai dari life style, e-commerce, dan financial technology yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat ternyata juga diikuti oleh peningkatan trend angka kejahatan cyber di masyarakat. Kepolisian sebagai salah satu institusi yang bertugas menjaga keamanan dan ketertiban masyarakat memiliki tantangan baru dalam menghadapi perubahan era yang begitu cepat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi kesiapan SDM Polri dalam menghadapi RI 4.0. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan post positivist dengan metodepengumpulan data kualitatif yang selanjutnya dilakukan analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berbagai kesiapan tengah dilakukan oleh organisasi Polri guna menghadapi RI 4.0. Namun, tanpa adanya kualitas dari personel Polri dalam memberikan pelayanan kepolisian maka visi Polritidak akan tercapai.Kata Kunci : Polri, Revolusi Industri 4.0, Kesiapan SDM, Learning organization.AbstractThe social changes that occurred due to the Industrial Revolution 4.0, starting from the life style, e-commerce, and financial technology carried out by the people were also followed by an increase in the trend of cyber crimerates in the community. The police as one of the institutions tasked with maintaining security and public order have new challenges in dealing with the changing era that is so fast. The purpose of this study was to identifythe readiness of the Indonesian Police in dealing with RI 4.0. This study uses a post positivist approach with qualitative data collection methods which are then performed data analysis. The results showed that variousreadiness was being carried out by Polri organizations to face RI 4.0. However, without the quality of police officer in providing police services, the Polri's vision will not be achieved.Keywords: Indonesia National Police, Industry Revolution 4.0, Human Resource Readyness, Learning organization
