Author Guidelines JIK:

Preparing Your Paper (Version with the Author’s Details)

  1. Language: Grammatically correct British English
  2. Length of the paper : 4000-10000 words including references and endnotes
  3. Length of the abstract: 100 words
  4. Key words: max. 5
  5. Text format: Times New Roman font in size 12 with 1.5 line spacing; Margins should be at least 2.5cm (1 inch)
  6. Figures: should be high quality (1200 dpi for line art, 600 dpi for grayscale and 300 dpi for colour, at the correct size), and in one of the formats: EPS, PS, JPEG, TIFF, or Microsoft Word (DOC or DOCX) files are acceptable for figures that have been drawn in Word
  7. Tables should present new information rather than duplicating what is in the text. Please supply editable files.
  8. If you are submitting your manuscript as a Word document, please ensure that equations are editable.
  9. Reference Style: Harvard
  10. Title Page - Please include ALL in the following order

- Title in bold with each letter in initial capitals

- Author name and affiliation

- E-mail address of the corresponding author

- (If applicable) Acknowledgments of people, grants, funds, etc. should be placed in a separate section on the title page. The names of funding organisations should be written in full with grant numbers. Please refer to the Title Page template for citing Single and Multiple Grants.
