Pengukuran Agenda Media Sosial Isu Pandemik Covid 19 Konteks Kamtibmas di Indonesia

AbstractSocial media has been coming to people world with powerfully information sharing newest trends function. Issue in social media would dominate all what people think of the day. It is mean trending issue which is coming to any hastags for social media. What people say and what people think would come from trending issue from social media. By the way people must know that social media has bigger agenda in their information narrative contents. This research talk about measuring social media agenda for theme Covid 19 especially for Kamtibmas issues for February until June 2021. Research just focus for social media like; Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and You Tube The theoretical studies of this research Agenda Setting theory of Maxwell Mc Comb and Shaw, mass media agenda to understand interests of the mass media agenda behind operating content. While the public agenda or audience is to find out what is public thought for anything for; readers, viewers and listeners response to the information content. The Government Agenda is the issue of Government talks behind outstanding content. In recent year people know social media has the agenda self, but unfortunately few researchs focuses in social media agenda.This research method is positivistic by processing quantitative data. variable of this research are the social media agenda (facebook, Instagram, twitter and Youtube). Thera are 150 Information content this research come from any social media, and data analysis with 3 expert checker in any scholars (Sociologist, Anthropologist and Communication Expert).Findings research shows that there was positive strong correlation between Facebook Agenda and Instagram Agenda for theme Covid 19 in Kamtibmas Issues. Beside it, there are negative correlation between Twitter agenda and Instagram agenda. This finding of research gives us information that socialmedia has different agenda for any information content. Social media characteristic gives little bit impact for different agenda for any social media.Keyword: Sosial Media, Agenda, Covid 19, Health Issues, KamtibmasAbstrakTrend pemanfaatan media sosial sudah begitu marak dalam kehidupan manusia. Keandalan sosial media saling berbagi informasi menyebabkan media komunikasi ini begitu diperhitunkan dalam kehidupan manusia. Apalagi dengan keberadaan isu-isu trending yang menguasai tagar-tagar dan kata kunci yang ada. Apa yang orang bicara dan pikir kadang bernagkan dari isu trending di media sosial. Tapi sedikit orang memahami bahwa media sosial memiliki agenda tersendiri dalam mengarahkan orang. Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengukuran kesamaan agenda media social untuk tema Covid 19 Prokes dalam konteks Kamtibmas mulai dari bulan Februari sampai Juni 2021sejalan dengan maraknya korban pada masa itu. Penelitian hanya mengkaji media social Facebook, Twitter,Instagram dan Youtube.Kajian teoretik penelitian ini adalah agenda media dari Maxwell McComb dan Shaw yang memahami bahwa setiap media memiliki agenda kepentingan tersendiri di dalamnya. Ada juga agenda public dan agenda pemerintahan. Namun diakui masih sedikit orang berbicara agenda mediasosial. Penelitian ini berparadigma positivistik dengan pengolahan data kuantitatif statistic variable adalah agenda media social (facebook, twitter, Instagram, Youtube). Ada 150 konten narasi informasi yang dikaji oleh 3 ahli sarjana (Sosiolog, Antopolog dan ahli komunikasi).Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan signifikan positif yang kuat antara agenda media social facebook dengan Instagram (94,9%), berbeda dengan itu malah ada hubungan signifikan kuat negatif antara agenda media social Twitter dengan Instagram (-87,2%). Temuan inimenjelaskan bahwa tiap social memiliki agenda yang berbeda dan karakteristik juga keunikan dari social media sangat mempengaruhi perbedaan agenda tersebut.Kata Kunci ; Sosial media, Agenda, Covid 19, Prokes, Kesehatan, KamtibmasDownloads
